(Liberty, NY 3:50pm) - Sullivan County Public Health Services, in cooperation with Sullivan Renaissance and Cornell Cooperative Extension, is hosting a series of focus groups throughout the county to gather information on the health concerns of county residents. The focus groups are designed to gather specific information about the unique health issues and obstacles to health in different communities across the county. The information gathered from these focus groups will be used as part of the 2016 Community Health Assessment Update. This update is used to assess the state of health in the county and determine top health priorities of residents. Determining the areas of greatest need in health will help to focus the goals for Sullivan County Public Health and our community health partners.
