Sullivan County has been working with Blue Wing, a Professional Communications Consulting Service since July of 2009 to evaluate possible approaches to a radio system upgrade that includes new frequencies, increased pager and mobile coverage as well as interoperability for the radio users in Sullivan County. The documents below outline the findings of their work.
