Generally, Sullivan County's agricultural operations supply the New York Metropolitan Area with eggs, milk, meats and other specialty farm products.
In addition to the direct economic benefit that farms create, our agricultural producers provide us with fresh local foods, support other local businesses across many sectors, and preserve the rural character that our residents and visitors value so highly.
