IMMUNIZATION CLINICS AT PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES

Held the first Wednesday of every month from 5:00 to 7:00 PM
We take walk-ins and appointments by calling ahead (845) 292-5910 x 0
We accept Fidelis and Hudson Health, and have a sliding fee schedule for the uninsured
Flu Shots also available

Please bring your child’s immunization records with you. A parent or responsible adult must accompany and sign a permission form before the child or youth under 18 yrs of age receives any vaccination.
