County Park Permits

Sullivan County through its Division of Public Works extends an invitation to its residents and visitors to utilize its county parks for group outings. Parks are available on a first come - first serve basis from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. A park permit is required for all groups consisting of 20 people or more who plan on using a county park. There is no charge for groups to use a park. To obtain a permit, call (845) 807-0261 to confirm your desired date and request a permit application form.

County Pavilion Permits

Sullivan County through its Division of Public Works extends an invitation to its residents and visitors to rent group picnic pavilions located at three (3) of its County Parks. Pavilions are available on a first come - first serve basis. Groups consisting of 20 to 200 people may reserve a covered picnic pavilion at Lake Superior State Park (2 pavilions available), Minisink Battleground Park and Livingston Manor Covered Bridge Park. Each group picnic pavilion is furnished with 10 to 12 picnic tables and a group cooking grill. Permanent or temporary restroom facilities are located near all pavilions.
